South Philly Barbacoa, the Mexican restaurant recognized among the best in the United States

The traditional, almost artisanal barbecue prepared by Cristina Martínez in her restaurant in Philadelphia has earned her access to the list of the best new restaurants in the country published annually by the magazine Bon Apéttit.
